Overview      

Teams conduct a mock chapter meeting to demonstrate knowledge of basic parliamentary law and the use of correct parliamentary procedures.  At the conclusion of the meeting, team members are asked questions regarding parliamentary law.

There are both Greenhand and Senior levels for this event.

*NEW QUESTIONS FOR POSTPONE TO A CERTAIN TIME (DEFINITELY) LISTED BELOW IN THE DOCUMENTS SECTION.   THE QUESTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO BE USED IN CONTESTS IN 2022!

**A motion that was postponed to the next regular meeting should be brought back during Unfinished Business!
**The motion will only be used to postpone a motion to the next regular meeting and no amendments will be used for 2022. 

***Parliamentary Guide Free Download - In support of agricultural education efforts and to encourage the participation of leadership development, Texas Agrilife and Texas A&M University have provided access to a free, single download of Gray's Parliamentary Guide until ownership can be transferred to Team AgEd.  There are plenty of hard copy books available to purchase as well.
