School administrators play a critical role in the success and sustainability of agricultural education and FFA programs. While many administrators may not have a direct background in agriculture, their support is essential in providing students access to high-quality leadership, career development, and experiential learning opportunities.
This award seeks to recognize administrators who:

Go above and beyond in supporting their local FFA chapter

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the value of agricultural education and FFA

Actively support students, advisors, and program initiatives

Maintain a visible presence at FFA events and activities
-
Advocate for opportunities that enhance student growth and success
From the pool of nominations, the top 12 finalists, one from each area, will be selected and invited to attend the Texas FFA Convention. During the convention, all finalists will be recognized on stage, and one individual will be announced as the overall state winner.
