Ultimately, the overall supervision and direction of the Texas FFA State Officer Selection Process lies within the purview of the Texas FFA Association Executive Director (and their designees). In addition, there are a number of advisors and staff who play a supportive role in the state officer selection process such as Board Superintendent, Selection Process Supervisor, and three Adult Consultants. These individuals are available to support and advise the student nominating committee in fulfilling their responsibilities and maintaining a fair and impartial process for all candidates.

Adult Consultant applications will open at midnight on January 3 through the Texas FFA Roster System and are due March 1. Individuals selected will be notified the week of April 8. Consultants must be available for the State Officer Selection Process which will take place in Stephenville June 7-9th and during the State FFA Convention if necessary. More information will be shared upon selection.
