We will use competencies at the Area and State Levels this year for a generalization of what committee members will be scored on, but the indicators will not be used nor shared in order to create a more objective process. 

• (1) Communication, (2) Team Player, (3) Areas of Knowledge, (4) Organization, (5) Character, (6) Passion for Success, (7) Influence, (8) Critical Thinking. 

There will be an opportunity for Area Coordinators and Area Election Officials to join one of two Zoom meetings to be able to ask questions and gain further clarification. Those dates will be sent out December 15, 2022.

The 2022-2023 State Officers will be tasked with attending their respective Area Conventions to ensure the integrity of the process is being followed.
