Know Before You Go and FAQs

What is the dress code during convention?
Proper and appropriate attire is stressed for both members and guests during convention, both in the arena and exhibit halls. Members who are being recognized on stage or seated on the delegate floor MUST be in Texas FFA Standard Official Dress, except for Fun Night activities. All Texas Standards are located here. All students are encouraged to dress to the theme of Fun Night, however, required dress code should be followed.

What are delegate check in procedures?
To find out your chapter's delegate count, check here. Be sure that your membership ID, through the roster, is printed and ready to be individually scanned at check in. This, at times, can become a lengthy process, so your patience is greatly appreciated. Be sure to determine your voting delegates ahead of time, and to review any delegate information prior to attending convention. A delegate seating map can be found in the back of your program that will assist you in finding your area's delegate section.
Any member serving as a delegate must be in full Texas FFA Standard Official Dress with the exception of Fun Night.

What are some local area attractions and discounts for Texas FFA Members?
The Texas FFA Association has partnered with local attractions and activities to provide discounts for members during the week of convention. More information on how to receive these discounts can be found here once available.
